I have read in some Futaba material that each 2.4GHz receiver is "linked" to a specific transmitter and that is one of the "protections" in the FASST 2.4GHz system.

I have two helis and I want to get a FASST module conversion for my Futaba 9chp transmitter, and I'd like to switch seamlessly at the flying field between my two helis without having to switch out a receiver, so if i get two of the 2.4GHz receivers, can both of them be "linked" to just the one transmitter?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, you bind new recievers to your transmitter.

Kind of like buying a new garage door opener and making your garage door motor learn the code of the new clicker.

Yeah, there is not problem, just link your new Rx with the Tx and thatīs it. I got three helis and 3 FASST 2.4 Rx and work just fine.
