Titan E325 vs. Fusuno... Bad fit?

I got this really nice GF canopy for my mini Titan but it seems like i would have to move the posts a good inch forward for a good fit... Is this normal???? If so what is the simplest way to mod in order to fit it nicely?

I do not have the items you are using but I have done 2 scale jobs sofar, and both took a bit of modifying to get them really working well. BTW if you don't get the answer here, you may want to try the scale forum
