Just wondering since I'm still doubting which controller will the best for my new Eheli.

It depends on which heli you have. I prefer Schultze for large controller. Also important is how much voltage are you going to run.

I will use it for a Lipoly V2 Carbon. It will use 3s lipo's. It will not exceed 40A because its only 1 kg.
I am thinking about either a Jazz 40/55 or hacker 40Bheli with Master prog box.

Either of those would be good at your current draw. Considering where you are, I would look at availability, and service. Also consider, is anyone flying in your area using the same setup.

I have had very good luck with Krontroniks ESC, the gov really works

Kontroniks gets my vote. I have both and the Kontroniks has a better soft start, it's auto timming and as mentioned before the govenor really does work.
