My AR6100e receiver light is flashing fast, What could cause this?

Background Info. Just replaced the servos with JR 285`s and added a 401 with the JR 3400g, after I stripped a servo in flight=lawn dart.

Did it lose it's lock on the TX? You might have to rebind it.

Do the servos work? I know that the rcvr flashes quickly when you
are binding it to the TX

I was thinking the same thing but I will have to wait and buy a standard on/off setup, as the manual says to plug the binding plug into the charging plug.

And no nothing works, it does act as the reciever can not find the tx.

Just plug the binder into the reciever where it says BAT

OK - OK nothing personal

Disconnect the motor, put the bind plug in the reciever in the BAT position and connect the battery. Turn on the TX holding the trainer switch and it should bind.

To answer your question....the receiver and servos draw their power thru the
"motor" servo....this is the plug coming from the speed control and while it powers the
motor for the heli, it also provides power for the radio thru it's BEC (battery eliminator circuit)

That's why there isn't a seperate battery for the radio. All you have to do to bind it is to
put the bind plug into the batterry slot. You SHOULD unplug the motor first and make sure
that the wires from the ESC won't short against each other.

Then to bind it, plug in the heli FIRST (this is different from when you want to fly) and then turn
on the TX while holding the trainer switch up. After about 15-20 seconds, it should be bound and you
can unplug the bind plug and it should work for you.

OK thanks for the help I was not powering up the receiver first. I was powering the tx first as normal.
