1)I have 10 minutes of hovering and slow forward flight on my HDX450 and I noticed I have a ton of slop on the seesaw arms--they wiggle like crazy. The bolts seem to be tight and haven't backed out. It may be that I never noticed the slop before and just checking thinks over I noticed it. Is it possible there are washers that should have been installed by aren't? Anyone else have this?

2) Blade grips are very sloppy on the spindle. I'm quite sure they were tight before I flew, meaning I thought the thrust bearing assembly was put together right. Maybe not? Can someone walk me through the correct order of bearings, washers etc. from the inside (main shaft) to the outside so I can be sure this is together right? Blade tracking is OK.

Hello flyingquisinart,

My HDX450 SE v3 exibits the same problems. How did you resolve them?

I have the same symptoms on my HDX 450 v3. I just noticed the blade grips slop after reseting the whole head and changing both blades and rotor shaft. The slop in the mixer arms I didn't touch, so I guess this is from factory, but the slop in the blade grips worries me more : the tracking can't be stable if the grips can wobble, can it ?
