Hmmm...Where did you see that?

Aviation prognostic (forcast) charts are calling for the same thing the weather channel is....
Rain possible Thunder showers....

That and the fact the motorhome keys are MIA means if I come down at all it will only be for the day on Saturday or Sunday.

See you guys at Snohomish if I don't. :D

Saw it on Channel 8 that the storm is stalling and weakening and showers and partly cloudy and some sunny spots that was at 6 o clock might have changed since then.

When is now. :D till the water gets too deep or Sunday whichever comes first.
You can find a map here....

www.cascaderotorywings.org

Just take the Brooks exit on I-5 (about 45mins south of Portland) and go right. Follow the road till it T's and turn right. Look for the signs about 1 mile down the road on your right.
It on a private airstrip behind a tree farm.

Good bunch of guys.
Too crappy a weather for me to drive 4 hours.
We are going to fly at a local field tomorrow and have our own fun fly. :D :D

See you guys at Snohomish in a month. :D

I wanted to go as well but couldn't get the time off.
I hate management!!!
Anyway the weather looks to be holding up good there so far.
Snohomish is shaping up to be a real bang up affair this time <G>
There are still a few slots open for the TB JK 3D freestyle heli school.
Hope to see all you there.

Went up for the day today, the weather was great, sunny most of the day and hot! Great flying by Russ and the gang, I had great success with the test flight of my first Fury Extreme. Great event, and cant wait for Snohomish!

Hi Billy,

Did I meet you? You need to introduce your self so I can put a face with a name, maybe you did and I forgot, if so then sorry.

Ed, Battle Ground WA. Have I met you? What are you flying and how are you doing? I am not to far from you.

By the way the weather was fantastic! For those that did not attend because of the weather forecast you missed out on some of the best weather you could ever hope for and a great time! It rained tell about noon on Friday after that the whole weekend was beautiful!

Just a note about the weather in the NW this time of year. The weather is seldom bad and if it is it will soon get better, if there calling for mostly cloudy and 30 to 60% chance of rain then it will be nice and you won’t get rained out. I never even pay attention to the forecast, when it is time to go to the fun fly I go regardless, the clubs all put out a lot of work and money to put these on and the weather will probably be better then forecast any way so just go, I have never been to a FF where it got totally rained out and if it does then you still get to take a trip and get away for a few days and see friends and support the clubs putting on the events.

Russ, I was the really tall kid there, I had an Audacity Models t shirt on, I came up and said hey towards the middle of the day Saturday. I spent most of the time working on stuff though as I found some problems with my Tiger at the field and also after I found out that I wouldnt be able to fly my Tiger there (servo problems) I worked on my Fury trying to get it ready to fly and that had good success on the test hops! At Snohomish I will come up and introduce myself Russ, that was my fault for not doing so at Brooks. Also Russ, is there anyway you could help me get a spot to demo the Tiger 50 up there at Snohomish? thanks in advance, Billy

Hi Billy,

Great I will see you at Snohomish. As for demo flights, I am not involved in there FF operations, if they set aside time for demo flights then just approach who ever is running it and ask otherwise every flight is a demo flight
