What head speed, and what dampners are you using?

I had the same problem before. I would check your main shaft make sure it's smooth through three main bearing blocks.

i was using the regular dampeners but i thought that was the problem initially so i switched them to the 3d (black) ones. So if it is the main shaft bear blocks what can i do to fix this?

what happened to my case. everything was fine after 2 gallon, my OS 50 bearings got shot and replaced bearings and putted it back. My helicopter was flying like chicken dance. Went home check my main shaft, there was a worn out at the end of it. Played with my main shaft for two hours but I could not get the main shaft get throught three main bearing block smooth. I finally took all the Shoo Goo which I putted between bearings and bearings block out. Finally I got it smooth and flying perfect.

Back to your question.
I should used only bearing shaft and dropped it through three main bearings blocks. if it's not dropping smooth through three of them, then you have a problem. it's should be very smooth, Make sure your main shaft is not bent, it's best to use a brand new main shaft. let us know if you have this problem, I will show you any easy whay to get the main shaft smooth through three main bearings block.

If the main shaft is a lil off on the 3 main bearing blocks how do you adjust the bearing blocks to make sure that they are all lined up in the right direction. I though the frame on the heli did this and thats y everythign is predrilled

if you read the directions during the frame half assembly it says to make sure the main shaft slides freely thru all 3 bearing blocks before tightening them. you have to twist and tweak the blocks / frames to get them to all slide freely. on mine, the left rear of the frame was off the table about 1/16" when the main shaft slide freely thru all 3 bearing blocks.

you say the head is moving in "circles" is that viewing the head button? if so, sounds like u have a bent main shaft.
