Should I use any Locktite on the pressure nipple or the mounting head screws?
Diagram page enclosed with muffler does not say.....should I assume not to use any?
If so, Which type - BLUE removable?

No need on the nipple. For the mounting screws i just used longer ones and attached a locknut at the end. Job done.

Yeah same here. I started by threadlocking the standard bolts but the muffler just kept coming loose. I got some longer m3 nuts and bolted from the back side of the muffler. I used a dremel with a cutoff tool to grind the back flat though as they arent flat for the locking nut to butt up against.

no locktite or lock nuts here. i got them tight, then after the first flight while the engine and muffler were still hot, tightened them down again. no issue with them at all.

I heard threadlock turns to mush at high temps acting like a lubricant. I used invertmast's method and have no problems.
