CCPM Exponential (EXP)
The purpose of this exponential is to remove the nonlinear,
or rough movement of the swashplate due to the
mechanical differential of the servo horn.
The default setting here is 60% for AIL,ELEV,and PITCH
Should it be left there or changed for the T-REX 600E?

Some people seem to love turning on the Swash Expo, others don't use it.
I don't use it. Any motion except prue collective the swash balls also move in an arc. SO unless it adds expo to just collective motions and not to aileron and elevator, it will just change the interactions around.

I tried it with and without. Seemed smoother with so I left it. :dontknow

It isn't expo in the traditional sense.
Your servos move the control surface (in this case the swash) more at the center of travel than at the extremes.
So imagine we are running a clicker on the throttle stick. Around center stick 1 degree of pitch change might mean 2 clicks, but at the extremes you need 4 clicks. Also if you have a high positive pitch (say hover with 6 degrees) when you give an elevator command the upward moving servo has less net effect than the downward two. Same with the aileron servos.
This is "supposed" to fix all that. How well it acutally does it is up for some debate, though one thing seems clear, the more subtrim you use the worse it makes things if EXP is enabled.

Ah thanks I will remember that.

But again, for aileron and elevator movements, the swash balls also move in an arc, so the movement on that end isn't linear.
