Watch this guy buzzing his camerman (who obviously has never been around an rc heli before) with his Trex 600. Not smart. A harbinger of things to come later in the video ...

Yikes. That guy wasn't very smooth on the controls either... I wonder if either realized how stupid that was...

What a fool. He's going to kill someone. Carbon fiber machete with 2000 rpm and a 4 ft rotor span, the 600 will sever a human head, no problem at all.
This guy is a moron.:thumbdown:

He was scary as he was plugging in the battery. Bent down so far and had the thing hot started on him it would have given him a good wack in the head. I'm always trying to position myself so my arm is resting against a blade when pugggin in.....just incase the thing decides to hot start it can't gain much momentum.

What a waste. Another poor defenseless heli harmed by it's owners stupidity. :(
Looks like he gets a membership card for the Taco-pack club. :D

Did you notice the Tx strap just hanging down. You KNOW he slipped that over his head with the heli energized and the strap connected to the Tx.
I do something similar to you when energizing the heli Fil, but I set one blade against my leg as I kneel down to connect the battery. I do the same thing when unplugging. Also, I never carry the heli when energized. I energize it where it's going to be flying from, and de-energize where it lands.

I carry it around plugged in, but my index finger is always holding the throttle hold switch in the off position while doing so...
That guy came way too cose to the bystanders. What a complete tool. NO AMA FOR YOU!

Thankfully he crashed when he did. Pretty disturbing to see a 600 size heli buzzing the audience.
