I picked up a Lightning Power balance charger today and one more Lightning Power 25C 2200 lipo. I have to tell you I like this charger I threw the new battery on it. Looks really nice and it shows you what each cell is at while it is charging as well as it's current function. I see it discharging a cell when it is out of balance this thing is really neat.
P.S. Looks like the heli gods approve guys. I will not be at the after work meet today though...
This Afternoon: Mostly sunny, with a high near 66. West wind between 5 and 10 mph.
Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 47. East northeast wind around 6 mph becoming northwest.
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 71. Northwest wind 5 to 14 mph becoming southwest.
Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 50. Southwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm.
Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 65. Calm wind becoming west between 11 and 14 mph.

Stopped at the hobby house this afternoon and picked up what I needed for the 450. Got it all put together so I'm back in business.

Awesome this Saturday should be great. Curious to see how smoothly having 7 batteries and 2 chargers will go on getting the maximum number of flights in one day. I actually have 8 batteries but one is a Flight Power and is dying.

Test flew my 450 this morning. Still had a ton of vibes. I took a close look at it and noticed the main shaft was wobbling. I didn't even look at it before because the last time it flew vibe free was when it had a hard landing in Vegas. Now this sound's like a tiny problem, not to mention I have 5 spare main shafts, but I can't get the Jesus bolt undone! Maybe one of you guys can help me out at the field. The heli still flys, just so long as it's in normal mode though :thumbdown:
Hey Canyon Country fliers! Is the fun fly still on?
Sunday looks better wind report wise, so please let us know if we should plan to head out.

It is set for Saturday and I show both days being equally awesome. Nice for a change for sure.

Again I want to warn you guys. This is a wash, there is not bathroom and it is dirty. No seats, no actual parking and you have to offroad to get to it.

I will probably be there Sunday if I don't crash both my helis. I usually come early and leave just after noon. Also it is not all that. Just a small little area if a lot of people show there will be no room ro fly. lol
Jason Chow can't make it either. Not sure how many people are planning on going?

Hey guys, I'm gonna be taking a short hiatus from flying (maybe two months). Both my heli's are f-ed upd and I don't have the time or money to fix them. I'll still be posting on the forums and such, but you guys will have to organize your own little gatherings. I hope to fly with you guys again soon, and I'll probably come out to the field just to watch a few times but it will be a while before I fly again.

We had a nice casual day of flying just Rob (zguy), David Welch and me. The wind was perfect and I am happy to report no crashes. David had a mishap but was back in the air in a few minutes...
Zguy is advancing at an amazing level I couldn't believe how good he is getting. That Logo 500 3D is sick especially the way he man handles it.

Man, I miss flying already! The good news is is that I found out both the problems that were causing my 450 to vibe like crazy so I can fly now, even though my heli looks like crap

What no fun fly guys?!?!?! And the weather there is so nice too. Raining here in Vancouver. Well after the 35+ hours on train and bus...and crazy expensive rental car Vancouver is nice, but getting to know the roads and driving rules here is pretty hard, lol. Hope you guys still get a chance to hook up and fly!:)

Martin no FunFlies at the wash. We had the cops follow Rob (zguy) in a little ways yesterday as it was. Yes they know we are there and I am sure it is fine but this may change when we have 30 cars out there, locals can't even walk their dogs...
We need a field we have permission to have like 30+ cars pull up at. I had 6 PM from people I never even heard of! This when Sean listed the event what was it 3 days before? We will organize things as a tight knit group of well known people to fly with us.

Great relaxing morning with just the three of us. I got in 10+ flights and was still able to meet the wife and baby for lunch :thumbup:
Let's definitely do it again!
