I seem to have lost my canopy rubbers for my logo 5003d. Can anyone tell me if the trex 600n or e will work in place. thanks guys

You mean the ones that go on the back for the canopy posts? If so yes the t-rex 600 ones will fit, as will many other brands, cheers.

no the ones that go up front near the batter opening. and hold the canopy off the frame.

Those are not needed or used on the 500. Either of my kits did not have them in them and I do not have any issues with the canopy movement at all. I suspect that was a thought to have them in the beginning but they did not bother with the 500.

It's not very intuitive but if you check out the manual Section 16 Page 17 the spacers are only shown beneath and used upon the 6003D and the 500DX canopies

Made me look! That would explain why I didn't have them in mine, both my 500 kits are the "3D" version. :)
