Has anyone come across this?

Is there anything I should look out for when I strip my tail. The heli is hovering beautifully, but whenever give a significant tail input I hear what sounds like a squeak (not a grind). Is there anything should look for? If I had to guess I would say it is the tail pully slipping around the tail shaft, but with the pin in place that is not possible? There is a slight loss of control as the squeak occurs.

Thanks.

I recently had a squeak from the tail of my hurry mine was the idler pully in the tail case was sticking, I pulled it apart and cleaned it and made sure it wasn't overtightened as the tail case sides will keep coming together here until they stop the pulley from turning. It would also be worth popping of the tail control rod ball link ant the tail/bell crank end and checking how free your tail is moving by hand - if the tail blades have chopped any grass the liquid that comes from this gets everywhere and can make the tail pitch slider sticky or tight on the tail shaft a good clean and some tri flow lube will fix this in no time. Also if things are tight moving the tail by hand check it with and without the 90 degree bell crant that connects to the slider mine was stickey here as well

Thanks, I also found that my belt was really loose, so I have tightened it up a little more, but I could find no other ominous problems. I will see how it is on spool up tomorrow.
