Same thing happened to my friend who ran a very small LHS in HK, he was fixing a Trex 450, he held the bird to spin up to check the blade track, he lost an eye when the cheap low quality after market Chinese made feathering shaft gave up, the blade lose and ... he was so upset and shut down the shop at once
