Not impressed with the SABs I've tried two sets and they track terrible. Cant tell you anything about the other two mentioned. I've been using the Align 315mm T-Rex wood blades. They are cheap with no problem with tracking issues. For the Price of the CF blades I can buy 3 or 4 sets of the wood blades. If I have a blade strike I'm only out 9 or 10 bucks comapared to 40-50 bucks for CF blades.

I am using Zoom / Shogun Fully Symmetrical Wood Blades w/spacers from HeliHobby.com (PART#GRP-HH369) pre-balanced with dual weighted tips. They track perfectly, very happy with them but a bit more expensive than the T-Rex wood blades.

I have used MAH's on other heli's in the past (not on the Zoom yet) and was alwways very happy with them.

I have my second pare of MSComposit now, they are great. I'm running on a brushless with a 9 tooth pinion. I'll try a 10 tooth to see what it does to the heli's performance.
