Since you are in Orlando, get with Carey. Or come to Black Sheep on the weekend of the 4th and we will do our best to help you. Don't let it beat you, there has to be a reason and a cause that can be figured out and solved.

It sounds like your needles are too lean and you throttle curves are too high.
-Set the needles to a rich setting (1 and 1/2 on each will do it). Go from there after the motor has warmed up. If the motor will not idle at that rich setting, slowly adjust the needle in until it just continues to run.
-Reduce the throttle curve to get the motor RPM down initially and the raise up the points you need to get the machine flying, work from there.
-Make sure that the tank is mounted solidly with the supplied foam tape and tie-wraps. Don't loosely pad the tank, pull it up tight.
- Make sure that you do not have a fan hub out of balance or a tail shaft or hub either.
-Make sure that your one-way-valve on the vent line is working properly. You can remove it for now and use a fuel tubing loop as a trap.
Let us know how it goes.
