Hey gang,

I just went to mount my metal flange that holds the GV-1 sensor on my OS50sxh, the 60 size flange is, of course, to big, and on the 30 size flange the holes on it don't line up with the motor bolt holes.

Is there another metal flange that I am missing, or do I just drill out one of the mounting holes on it (flange) to make it fit the motor mount holes on the OS50sxh?

I drilled mine.

That looks to be the easiest solution. I will take it to work with me tomorrow so I can use the nice drill press ! Man, I was trucking along on the installation until I hit that.

Will, did you drill the top hole out or the bottom one? It looks like to me the top hole would be the best to drill out.

I don't remember, I think I just elongated one of the holes. It has been a few months but I do remember taking my dremel to it to get the holes right. I will get it off the rack today and take a look and report back.
