Hi,
I am using an ATG from Curtis Youngblood...

For command throttle linkage I am using a BLUE BIRD servo but I think is not good for this use...

My rpm aren't stable and make my tail rotor random yag.

What servo are you using with ATG?

thanks

I am using a JR 571 at the moment because that was what was on there when I got the heli ages ago, I have a 810G which I am planning on fitting.

One of the guys at the field has plans for a 9524 with his ATG when his Vibe50 arrives.

I am not sure myself as there is a school of thought that a very fast servo is not the best for a govener - I dont have an opinion as yet because I dont have enough hours in nitro flying :) though I can understand that some algorythms might have to work very hard if the speed of adjustment is that little bit to fast - i.e. a lot of hunting to hit the right spot.

I will be interested to see what others have on their ATG.

Ok,
I finaly use an HS475 from hitec...
There is no problem

I think that if you use a too fast servo, there is so much reponse that engime make variation of torque...

With a standard servo, when the ATG send correction, servo make a little time to adjust engine rpm.
at this time, the rpm doesn't change to fast.

This servo I haven't got tail yag at any rpm...
With a fast one there still a tail yag...
