If I recall correctly, the stock fan will woble at high speeds, and can possible take out you governor sensor. For $20 just buy the metal fan. It is really nice.
The head on the pro version comes with a metal head block, metal flybar cage, metal washout base, and metal swash plate.
Also with the pro version you get a metal tail case.

Good point. There are two options:
1. The Align braces (http://www.readyheli.com/HN6066_Carbon_Fiber_Frame_Brace_TREX_600_Nitro_p/hn6066.htm), which just stiffen the CF in places where it's vulnerable.
2. The G-Force braces (http://www.readyheli.com/G_Force_Bottom_Frame_Brace_System_for_T_Rex_600_Ni _p/gft6150.htm), which actually brace the frame halves and are designed to break away in a bad crash.
I'm putting the Align braces on mine.

just to add on about the align frame braces.
The align frame braces double up the frames around the area the frame mounting blocks are. The landing gear itself provides the "crossover" brace. The G-force braces have the crossover and frame mounting blocks in one, and use nylon bolts to hold on the landing gear. I haven't broken a frame (yet, knock on wood) using the align braces. the landing gear ALWAYS breaks on the outside of the mounting pad and leaves the crossover part of the gear in place, which does the exact same thing as the g-force for less money and less weight.
Get the align braces, they work just as well as the g-force ones would IMO.
