I have hunting problem when the pitch is at o degrees. I have set up the servo travel to 100% as per the instructions. I have also tried to reduce the governer gain from mid point all the way down to minimum but the problem is still there.

My suspision is that it may be caused by the throttle curve. The mid stick (0 degree pitch) is at 70%. Could this be ther cause of it?

Try increasing the percentage to 75 or 80%. It may be that the throttle is working around that value and may be turning the governor on and off making it seem like its hunting.

What servo are you suing Shem? Greg Alderman had this exact problem and changing to a slower analog servo cured the problem with no adjustment to his Rev Lock at all. You running a fast digital on throttle?
