Hi,

Are there any differences between the JR x9303 2.4Ghz and the JR DSX9 2.4Ghz radios, and why the model name change?

Regards,

I'm guessing the DSX9 was designed for another market (Japan?). One difference that jumps out at me is the fact that the throttle trim is digital on the DSX9 and mechanical on the X9303.

X9303 is the US model. Analog trim on the throttle and few other things.

DSX9 is international model.

Just like the older models XP9303 and 9xII

Yes, that is correct. It's how they market the 9303 internationally.
