Kong Balance Plug Question

I received today two Kong 3S1P 2200 mAh. Balance plugs are not TP. From what I read in the forum they must be align. Is this the correct adaptor to use? What about the polarity.

Where did you order them from?
All the newer Kongs have the TP balancer.
