What's the quickest and easiest way to increase cyclic range on a 9C Super? Is it to change the swash AFR, or maybe to increase the servo endpoints? I know that someone here has the best solution. I'm talking specifically about a CCPM bird, the HDX500SE.

Yep. If you up the servo end points you effect either only one servo, or if you do all three then your pitch curves are whacked.

I just finished my HDX 500SE, I have read that the cyclic was slow, I set mine up with 7deg. and it was week, I bumped up the mix 10% and it was better, I havn't checked it yet to see where its at. I am flying a DX6 right now with a 9C Super arriving sometime today, cant wait. My buddy flies for the HDX 500 and he told me to use the flybar and flat paddles from the T-Rex 500 to improve the cyclic responce. With my T-Rex 450 I used to set the ele and ail D/R to 125% for a quick change during flight for tight rolls and flips.
