Hi guys, I am picking up the spectrum DX7 and was wondering if the servos (4-DS821 MD2) that come with it are good enough to put into a heli or anything for that matter. Thanks for the advice....

I've got them in a Trex 600E. over 200 flights and they are doing great. I wouldn't use them on a 50 size Nitro though. Make sure you do NOT use loctite on the servo arm retaining screw.

JR states up to 50 electirc, up to 30 nitor, up to 1.2 plank.
I downgrade that by 1 size.
The output shafts have been known to shear. Using the Long JR servo screws is reported to help.
I am running them on a Hurricane 550 (30 sized electric).

Yep. great power and centering but a little slow. for 600e they are great.
