I'm hoping John's gonna stock them. He's certainly earned my business, and I'd rather not order from HH due to bad experiences from my off-road racing days. The banner about coming soon is down from his site though

I hope those waiting for their Vibe 50 will have them soon. I just fnished building a TRex600 Nitro this week and I went to my LHS. They told me they just received something interesting ??? The4 New Vibe 50 ...... I open the box and 5 minutes later I was on my way home with my new baby in his seat. What a machine quality, parts are impressing. I was used to Hirobo machine for yearssssssss but I can tell you that this new Vibe makes me vibe inside. Already building and hope to fly sooooooon.
So, Who are gonna buy Vibe 50 ??? Guys like me that have been looking for real good products for over 20 years.
Take care and be patient ... it worth it

Nice!!! Maybe some pics to follow soon then? Has anyone had a chance to compare them to the T600 Super Nitro? I was tempted into getting one because everybody has Align stuff and therefore are much easier to get parts for whenever needed, but I'm still eyeballing the JR very seriously.

I think its a higher quality kit and better design than the Align (i built them back to back)
I think it weighs a little more than the trex but I haven't stuck it on a scale yet.
Many things that cost you extra on the trex are already on the Vibe, such as all machined bearing blocks, metal frame braces, thrust bearing and dual radial bearing tail rotor just off the top of my head.
If you pull several little things you like about the various 50 size kits, the Vibe seems to pull them all together.
I put a few pictures here http://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=68732&page=3

The new T600Pro Super Nitro comes with everything except servos, RX(Tx), and flight pack. I had one of the guys at the shop go through the box with me and it looks like one heck of a kit. All aluminum (comes with a choice of black or blue metal), voltage regulator, blades (I think) a painted canopy (red or white). I have to admit, it's pretty tempting for someone who is still flying a 450. I'm really hoping that the shop will start stocking the JR's so I might be able to get a good side-by-side look at them. I'm not too fond of Align's "quality", so the JR still affords the extra merit. If one day I win the lottery, I'd just like to be able to get both and see which one I like better that way!!!

I will send photos soon. In the last 2 months I build a Hirobo Sceadu EVO 50 and the T600Nitro Std. To make a good comparison between those products and the Vibe50 New Generation I will wait a little but a short story: I build and fly Hirobo products since 1987 and I have never been disapointed. When I bought the T600 3 weeks ago I tought that it will be a pleasure to build but!!!! Blade holder was defective and you need to use a sand paper to do the inside out of the frames. This is the first 50 helicopter that need almost tweezers to work in, because there is no place left beside the parts in that machine to work if you have large hands. The quality of the product itself I will give an 8 on 10. Hirobo figure the same as the Vibe a 9.5........and for the ingeniosity of the parts interaction it is a big 10 for the Vibe. I am now at step 4 and I am still trying to figure the good fit of every thing in that machine.
To follow........
I also have 2 TRex 450SA

I agree 100%, the build quality on the raptors and evos I had were very good. I would've bought another Evo50 before buying the 600n.

People buy TRex 600 because it is like having the sky for yourself and it will fly alone.
My Evo 50 fly like a dream and I don't do 3D but I like being able to make scale move and roll, loops and speed. I will not buy an helico for the weight. If you want to save 3 grams, stop eating for 1 minute.........
If someone want to buy a Vibe 50 my LHS has 2 left in stock. 600$CAN. Good service and friendly people.
To join them Tel:1-450-687-6214 ask for Julie or Serge

I'm just about out of debt, so it will be about 2 months or so before a bigger heli can even be in the picture, but believe me, I'm really hoping to spring for the JR. Initial cost is going to kill me though, because the only thing I have for nitros is the glow charger and a couple o.s.-8 plugs from my cars! I'm going to see if I can trade off some of my cars for heli parts/stuff so that I won't break the bank. Would the 611 gyro be a good choice, or are there better selections out there? I'm planning on getting 8717's and other such goodies, but like I said, it could be months before I can get it all together and flying. Should be fun though!

If you want to maked your helicothe most equiped of the whole world, let's go but I hope your bank account is pretty full.
I jave been flying for over 20 years and at the beginning the first gyro where prinary accessories and we used standard TX and RX and where able to fly crazy with cheap servos doing LOOPS, ROLLS AND AUTOS without breakig anay thing sometime for the whole flying season (from april to october in my area).
I presently use Futaba 401 gyro with 9254, my radio is a DX7 with AR7000, AR6200 and my servos are DS821 at 30$ each. The most important and deluxe part is in your head.
Give me an engine and a stone and I will fly it!!!!!
My biggest investment is in my helicopter in witch I trust. I had servos trouble and engine that quit on the run and the helico was still flyable even with a good crash I just had to repair it and take care of my helicos.
Hope you will fill your piggy fast enough to start a good season with a VIbe 50 Pro

No doubt on that part! The piggy will just have to be filled and drained a few times before it's all overwith. I still have the old reliable 450 on the side for just such the occasion of not being able to fly it. It would just be nice to have a bigger heli :thumbup:Seeing so nice of one is available, why not deck it all the way out and enjoy never having to change anything???
I guess the argument with the banker will ensue soon!

I dug up a bunch of stuff around the house and sold it on Ebay and that payed for pretty much everything except the heli itself! Get creative, people will buy most anything on Ebay!

I'm not familiar with selling anything on 'ol EvilBay...I think I might have to try it out. I have a ton of stuff I could get rid of. Maybe even enough to fund the whole project. Squeal piggy squeal!

Give it a try, I came out of pocket for the heli and while I was waiting I sold stuff around the house I wasnt using anymore and came up with enough to buy pretty much everthing else I needed to complete the heli! To Ebay is easy.

Just posted my first item. Not as bad as I remembered. I tried posting something a long time ago and it seemed like it never ended, so I gave up. This time I got it done in about 5 minutes. I have a whole garage full of stuff that will go on there now!
Uncle Sam is being pretty generous as well. Looks like I'll be getting back almost 900, so I think the Vibe is in the bag!!! Just gotta sell off those other items and get it all ready to go.

Getting one in a couple of months.
I have got a YS50 and a Hatory 522 sitting here looking for a home.
At the moment that's all I got. Will have to get another AR7000 for my DSX9/Vibe and will most likely use the Align Regulator with the 1900mah LiPo.
Servos and gyro to be sorted yet.

Hulley (http://www.helifreak.com/member.php?u=117): the other 2 kits will be used as parts donors. I don't crash often but when I do its quite spectacular. I've been thinking about this and I rather have 1 flying bird for training and full spares at home than 2 flying helis and wait a week to get the parts when needed.
