Who is gonna buy the Vibe 50?

Count me in. This bird is so freakin sexy I drool every time I see one! :drool: Knowing JRs quality and the hype behind the Vibe 50 as a 3D machine, this one should be a winner! I'm itchin BAD!!! :smokin: Who else is with me?

Great looking aircraft but, after watching a few of them boom strike at IRCHA last year I lost faith. Do you know if they addressed that?

I thought that only one had a boom strike and yes that issue had been address. How many did you hear of having boom strikes?

I think I saw (or heard - "tick") 3 or 4 times myself. Other than that the machine looked solid.

I had seen a vid of the demo flight where there were 7 in the air and 6 were set down so that the main guy could do a demo flight and that one had a boom strike. I actually down loaded that vid to my computer. But I didnt hear of any other, but I wasnt there either! From what I understand, they were prototypes and if anything thats when youd want to find problems.

The Vibe E is the Vibe 500E. In other words, the very efficient Super Voyager E 4S version (alum. parts everywhere) with a new canopy, looking close to the Vibe 50.

I won't have a chance to actually buy one until they hit the shelves :confused: but things look very promising. I think I'm in the same boat as a lot of people in not wanting a T600. This new 50 is a no-brainer decision compared to EVERYTHING on the market in the looks department! (Not that that is all to this bird hopefully) I really don't understand what is so hard to make a heli look more attractive anyways, considering it's mostly the canopy. At least someone finally hit the nail in on the head! I just hope I can sneak it past the fiance before the wedding!

Yeah I'm in the market for one too. I was debating between a 600N or a Rappy 90. I think I'm going to go with the Vibe 50 for sure. I'd been flying the 450SE for a while and JR's machines seem of much higher quality. And at only $50-$60 more than the 600N...I don't see the problem in "upgrading" :smokin:

Yeah know, I actually debating between a Raptor 90 and a Vibe50 also. But I've already paid for the Vibe so I'll go ahead and get it! I think I'm gonna sell my trex450 se v2 along with some other stuff on ebay and get the Raptor 90 so I can have 2 nitros. I think the Vibe50 and a Raptor 90 would be a great pair to take to the field! :thumbup:

I figure, by the time I get the Vibe 50 Set-up and going good...I'll still have enough time to save for the Aurora when it comes out. So I'll get the vibe and the aurora. No need for the 450 anymore :YeaBaby:. I actually sold mine a little over a year ago due to unfortunate circumstances, but now I'm coming back full force. No messing around with the babies this time :smokin:
