My original post "burned by quality control" was unwarranted. I guess I just jumped to conclusion because of the comments I got on another forum when I asked for help with this thing.
Turned out to be a problem with my DC power supply not delivering consistant voltage. Now I have thoroughly tested it and I am very impressed. It charges my 6s2p pack to within .01 volts per cell as read on a separate voltmeter.
Seems to be a very good value for the price ($120) but keep in mind there are some out there that will need to be sent back due to QC issues.
I have read that some distributers will test the units before shipping. That would save a lot of trouble.
