Which Turbine on the Intrepid?

Hi Chris,
I may have missed it, but which turbine does the Intrepid have? The MW54? Is that the two stage engine?

Hmm, I may have to update my descriptions....:)

Yes, the Intrepid Turbine uses the Wren MW54 Heli which is a 2 stage turbine. I now have close to 60 hrs on mine, still on the original bearings.

Hey Chris,
I noticed in a different post that Sara mentioned they are concentrating all efforts on the heli version of the MW44 -- Just wanted to know if you have heard anything regarding a more specific release date.
Patience is not one my virtues !!

Springtime is what I'm being told.

We got some Cad drawings of the engine, so I can at least get some dimensions for the framework, but really need the engine here to finalize the mounting, then test for the right gearing....etc.....etc.....
