I'm getting ready to get the fan on the motor--already have all the subassemblies put together but I need some ideas on servos--paddles--tail blades. I'll probably bite the bullet and get VBlades for the mains ( ouch ) but I don't know if the paddles and tail blades that came with the kit are what I need to use. Already have a 611 and tail servo--will install a GV-1 after the motor is broken in----getting anxious. Thanks-Dean

You can install the gv-1 from day 1 and just toggle if off with the gear switch until you set your needles and get the motor running as expected. Then its just a turn of the switch away to get it enguaged and you can use it to help you set your throttle curves as a "built in" sky tach.

Rbort--that maybe what I do with the Gv-1---probably a lot easier to just install it frome the start so I can go ahead and get all the wiring nice and neat--like you said I can always just flip a switch and just turn it off until the motor is broken in----thanks--Dean
