Any idea what camera they use??? Stunning clarity but to be fair, there ain't no haze up there.
btw, second photo is 300 miles south of "home" showing central New Zealand :)

That's gotta be the best job in the world. It's gotta be like winning the lottery to have been selected to go into space.

Dang,, Someones got me beat on AP Camera Equipment,,
I gotta work on that :YeaBaby:
Those are some Very Nice photos.
I brought my 18 Year old kid in to look at them ,
I hope some sparks where flying in the No flyzone,
However, one thing did come to mind.
The Astronaut that's still sitting in jail.
That's a terrible waste.

Probably shot with a Hasselblad. They've been going up on missions with our astronauts since 1962, and are built to standards approved by NASA for extra-vehicular activity. And don't forget...one reason for the clarity is a pure environment. No dust or moisture to get in the way, and the best lighting one could ask for. But notice something about photos shot from space? How come you can't see stars in the dark sky? :)

For the same reason you can't see them in the daytime; to much ambient light
