I hope someone can help me. I have the strangest problem happening with my servos which I'm setting up in my trex 450. When I plug the ace rc c1016 servos in the spektrum receiver they start vibrating and shaking like crazy and barely react to stick input but the futaba s9650 tail servo works just fine in the receiver. I tried the spektrum receiver in my blade cp and those servos worked just fine. Then I tried the blade receiver with the ace rc servos and they worked great. The setup is the dx6 with ar 6000 rx.
I'm so confused.
Thanks
p.s. love this website.

Have you tested the servos in another reciever?

yes, I tried the servos in the blade eflite receiver and they worked there.

your sure the plugs aren't reversed, pulse wire is inside on the AR6000

Yeah I checked them and they were connected properly. Again I tried the eflite servos in the spektrum rx and they worked propperly and then tried the ace rc servos in the eflite rx and they worked there. I guess my only option is to yank the eflite servos out of thje blade and install them in the trex.
Any thoughts?:arggg:

That is confusing, the reaction sounds similar to hooking an analog servo to a GY401 when it set to digital, it wines and twitches, but that wouldn't be the case here, I will have to look up those servos and see what I can come up with. Are you using the same power source for the AR6000 when switching servos

I cant find the voltage for the servo, but it only lists one speed 0.10sec./60deg., which usualy means 4.8v only. Whats the voltage of your BEC

I was trying to center the servos so I could set up the cyclic. Problem is I don't have my lipo yet so was using a 9.6v 650 mah ni-mh just for centering.
As of tonight all the servos , the eflite and the ace rc are'nt working just vibrating and shaking. I think it may be a low battery at least I hope so.

Please tell me you didn't plug that 9.6v into the RX you will fry those servos, I hope its just a low battery, what Align ESC are you using, I know one that came out for the V2 has a 6V BEC, the 35A & X have a 5V BEC I believe

The speed controller is Align rce bl35 x. I have my lipo now and am soldering the deans as we speak. Sounds like this is my problem. I'll post again after a lipo charge.
Thanks to all who have been helping so far, I (a newbie) can use all the help.
