I got some samples of the 201HB about a year ago...these servos are built EXTREMELY well and their posted speeds are correct!

hi
i got mine burned after 10 min
it was doing extremely well, but $20 for 10 min, is a bit expensive...lol

were you using it as a tail servo? Are you sure you had it setup correctly?
If the servo linkage is not setup properly any tail servo will burn out before its prime ;)

I have 2 of the 201 HB mounted on 2 450 size helis. one with a GY401 and the other a 2100t. So far the performance is exceptional with both helis and I have not observed any heat nor failure even on DS mode of the 401.

I love this servos, they work perfectly well on the rudder !
I've also change all my cyclic servos to ino-lab D202MG :]
