I need help real BAD HFX frameCharlie anyone

I bought a used 600 with hfx,and the main hub rubs against the middle bearning block it is shaving material off of this I have not flown this but got the heli yesterday and observed this find black/gray material is being ground away. some oen please help me.......Sorry charley mispell at heading

Sounds like the bearing blocks maybe installed upside down review the instructions to see if all is correct
