Hi there,

just wanted everyone to know that my Stinger 50 is flying. Got 4 flights now and after a problem with the clutch (not enough tighten) i was able to flight around. I added a small movie from my maiden here:

http://www.remote-exploit.org/max/maiden_gohbee.m4v (VLC can play this or Quicktime, maybe others)

I attached also some pictures of my selfpainted canopy.

Give me your feedback.

Ohhh and btw my goal was to have a stable and gentle helicopter. I dont fly to far in the maiden video becuse i still have my small futaba 146ip receiver in it (which i dont trust) so range is still aproblem. DX-7 is on its way :-)

I on of the pictures you can see that i had to modify the canopy mount to be longer on one side to ensure pitch could move freely.

If you like to see more picture you can check my public album at picasa:

Looks good.

I have not tried one of the new style canopies yet.
I have to break the old one first.

Great to hear about another Gohbee Stinger success story. I can't wait for it to warm up around here so I can try out my stingers with my new YS50's in them.
