I need a charger that meets these requirements:

1. Can charge two 3S lipos at the same time or at different times

2. Can be made to work with AC

3. Tells me the mah being put into the batter so I can figure my flight times better.

4. Must be able to vary the charge from 0.5c to 3c

What would you buy?

Thanks,

the noober

Cellpro 10S...that's all that needs to be said.

I don't see where there is an option to power this charger by AC instead of 12v DC.

I think if you restrict to AC as a requirement, you're pretty limited. Then being able to do 3C charging and your list drops to 0. At least I don't know of any.

The BC6 does 1, 2, 3, the Cellpro 10s does 1, 3, 4 (presumably since it's not out yet), the TP-1010/210 combo also does 1, 3, 4. One might even argue the Cellpro 10s or TP-1010/210 doesn't do 1 since you have to start two packs together plus requires plugging them in as a 6S pair. Of course, then maybe you should include a pair of Cellpro 4s in the equation which does 1, 3, 4 as well without the start timing restriction, but then can't do a single 6S pack which the Cellpro 10s can...

Whew!

Any DC charger can work with AC if you get a DC power supply. I use a Dynamite 12v 10A PSU to run all my chargers (at once.) That gives you the ability to take your chargers to the field and run em off your car batt. if need be. My PSU was about $70...not cheap but you can probably find cheaper. My LHS had it...so I bought it.
