What is the best club in NE Ohio

I am in the Hartville area and just got into the heli's. I would like to meet up with some other heli pilots in the area to fly with and maybe learn some does and donts. I would also like to join a club in the area

I am in Canfield, we have a all heli club here as well. but I am about 1 hr from you.

Wow.... Canton and Hartville :).

I am in Canton here. More specifically, East Canton. I do not know how familiar you guys are with the Canton South area, but there is a Club in Canton South on Belden Ave. I will most likely join it this summer as one of the guys I work with flys there.


Also, I have 2 large fields that are right next to my house. I am sure we could have an "East Canton FunFly" if you guys are interested. I am sure they owners of the property wont mind us flying there if there are not too many. I already have his permission to fly. One field is about 5 acres of open ground and the other is about 10 acres but it is covered in high grass. Still a good field to fly on.

+1 on the thunderbirds and the youngstown club ! I'm in the thunderbirds and fly planks and helis..was going to join the youngstown heli club (really great bunch and awesome pilots ) but the 3.00 plus gas prices are keeping me closer to home:(

Hi guys i am also looking for someone to fly with.. the only downside is that im 15 years old on sunday... would any one like to fly with mee?? i live in amherst and have 1 or 2 very good flying fields (school fields) i have a raptor 50 that i am going to be doing 3d here soon, and i have a mini-titan that i just put together. pm me so mabey we could fly together :)

I have been flying at a Club located in Canton South if anyone is interested in flying with some other people. It is a small field and pretty liberal so you do not have to fight for airspace :). There is really only one other member the flies Helis.
