Hey Chris,
Just wanted to say things to you and your whole crew.
After another crash I figured I needed to make sure I was putting things back together and adjusted right so I drove 950 miles from Texas up to the Michagin to get some help with my Intrepid EB Gasser. I've been having some trouble with my tail rotor ( areo shaft & transmission ), Chris spent the better part of 2 days working on my heli when he was'nt answering all my questions and on the phone. It snowed ever day I was there, I thought 950 miles not even gonna get to test fly it, I was worried. It's amazing what you can learn with 2 days of 1 on 1 with Chris and his crew. When we got done
snowing, 7 degrees, -11 wind chill. Chris said you aint gonna come this far and not test fly so outside we went. Now that's Customer Service the heli flew great. Chris, Larry, Maryanne, Todd, Alex & Ish, Thanks for the help and making me feel like part of the crew. Looking forward to getting the Twin.
