I listed my raptor 90 on ebay with a buy it now of $$$

it lasted about 15 minutes

I put on the auction ship to the usa only, now the winner is from Bc canada (near alaska)

He cant pay me for a few days yada yada yada, wants to use a credit card for paypal.

Then he emails me after he bought it he would like 27 8x10 color glossy photos of everything with the 90. from every angle, i am like ok, but you already purchased the unit.
too late to be asking for more info

I put it in the auction i was not going to post a ton of pictures.

anyway, now I changed my mind (paypal sucks) and i want postal money order instead.
that way if i ship this there would be no chargebacks. item not as described BS.
due to the Canada thing.

i feel a 90 is not for someone who is new to helis.
in the main title i list as follows.

OS MAX 91 SX C SPEC H RING

then i get this in a email from him today...
:roll::roll:
hey i was just wondering is the heli a 4 stroke by any chance does it just take striaght gas or is it a nitro ??

:thinking:thinking
it seems to be a child or someone who has no clue what he could be getting himself into.

my morals are kicking in and are saying cancel the deal and relist it.
if i do i will probably save a life of a darwin award winner.

so whats your feelings on this run away or wait for money order...

Paypal or no deal and re list.

Why can't he use paypal through his credit card ?

Seems to me he does not know what he has just won, or he is yanking your chain.

Relist it immediately. You've got a classic non-payer. Either he plays by your rules or you have the right to sell to someone else. Be sure to keep copies of eveything in case he leaves you negative feedback. I've had non-payers do that and E-bay wouldn't remove the negative for some reason. 27 8x10" pictures after the sale? He's insane, or 12 years old, or both.

If you didn't have pay pal listed as a payment option and he wants that, then at least make him pay the fees. You should be protected from anything else once the transaction has taken place. I wouldn't worry about what anyone was doing with something I sold them. Its called personal responsibility on the buyers part.

He is a classic non-payer for sure. He already broke your rules , he is in BC, not the US.

Tell him , no deal, you report it first, with all emails attached.

No wiggle room, no remorse, done.

It just is not worth the hassle, BRIGHT RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE.

Plus extra charge for filling out customs forms and running to the P.O. to get weights and measurements. Tell him put up or shut up....... or just relist !

If your feelin froggy then yell Ribbet!!! He obviously didn't read the whole listing from beginning to end and missed the part where it said ship to US only!! So if you feel uncomfortable with his actions and he's not paying the amount you requested then you have all the right to CUT HIM OFF!!!

I've never had to dispute anything on ebay where i had to explain to ebay what happened to get my record straightened back out ie. bad feedback... How does that work?? I can see you not wanting to tarnish your record as it is the only form of TRUST there is on that website.

I am the one who requested no paypal. I normally take paypal for everything but it does not protect the seller if its out of country.

no contact and no money orders as of yet.

I am just going to return to sender any payment that arrives now. and tell him to cancel.

i will relist or keep.

Bill,

I agree, you are not protected and with the listing saying "US only" you are covered. Contact Ebay immediatly so he can't give you bad feedback. When you relist put the "US only" in BIG BOLD letters. Hope this works out for you.
