Ok im confused on battery cells after reading flighpowers FAQ on LiPo

Says, "Don’t confuse the total number of actual cells in a pack (e.g. 6 for 3s2p) with the series cell count (3 for 3s2p)"

So im wondering, do i charge my pack as a 3 Cell?
Battery is a "FlightPower Evo Lite 2100mah 3S 11.1V battery" Whats the "3S" mean?

"S" denote series and "P" denote parallel. 3S2P means there are three groups of 2 cells each connected in parallel and each group is connected in series that came up to a total 6 cells count. For charging purpose, always ignore the "P" and consider the "S" as number of cells. 3S1P, 3S2P, 3S3P... all consider 3 cells for charging purpose.
All you need is to connect your balance lead to the 3S socket on the board.
