I think i can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.few more weeks and it should be done.

hirobo uh-1b kit
os 37 engine
csm carbsmart
csm revlock
jr r921 rx
ds821 on cyclick and throttle
gy401 & futaba 9254 for tail
futaba s3151 for csm carbsmart

i did'nt like the tail control setup at all(the long tube with rod running through it),i got alot of binding.after trying many things to get it to move smoothly i gave up and moved the servo to the tail, the rod lines up perfectly and only has to be approx 5 inches long].i re-inforced to floor compartment with another layer of fiberglass so i think it should offset the weight of the servo on the tail.

looks good so far. I just ordered mine Friday. Can't wait to start. Hey, did you have to cut the chin bubbles and the overhead windows out? I know the older versions only had the front windshield cut out, the rest had to be pained or custom fabed.
