Newbie trying to figure out X9303 Binding and receiver powering. I am building a T-REX 500.
Can I use the 3 wire servo cable coming from the x9303 wall wart charger to power my JR921 receiver or must I have a receiver battery pack?
I tried connecting this servo cable coming from the wall wart charger to the "charge" input of the 3 wire switch (shown in the figure on G-19 step 2 of the X9303 manual as connecting to a battery pack). I had the receiver connected via the BATT/BIND position and the binding plug installed as shown in this figure. I turn on the 3 wire switch and do not see any flashing LEDs on the JR921??
If the servo cable from the wall wart is not used to power the receiver then what is it for?
