This ain't gonna sound pretty, but your swash set up is a complete mess. You need to start over with the set-up.

If it worked before and flew ok, you may have stripped the gear(s) in swash servo(s).

Here's what I would do...

1. Replace the main shaft and the feathering shaft/spindle. These get damaged most of the time in a crash, and replacing these alliviates vibration.
2. Check all of your servos for play which indicate stripped gears. Excercise each servo with your radio and listen fo any grinding or notchyness.
3. After both of the above have been checked/replaced, break out the Axe CP manual that came with your heli.
4. Go to page 11 in the manual where it discusses how to set up the servo arms 90 degrees and so on.

This should be enough to get you going for now. Once you have all of the above steps finished, if you need any more help please write back to this forum.

Just a quick thought but assuming your swash plate is level, have you re-tracked your blades? If they’re off then your blade pitch might be to low. Adjust the linkage arms between the blade grips and flybar cage. Lengthen the links to bring the blade pitch closer to 0 degrees at zero stick.

Your links for the Blade grips are on the wrong side most likely. THis happened to me the first time I had to replace them. On the Axe, the blade grips must be installed with the arms pointing AWAY from the leading edge of the blades. Flip them over, and you should be back to normal.

make sure your swashplate bearing hasnt separated a little. you shouldnt have any radical changes with blade set up unless something is drastically wrong. common with my axes i have 2.
