Is it normal that there is slop (loose) in between the vertical plastic gear and the horizontal plastic gear of the front TT gear box.
What I mean is when I holding the main rotor still and I can still turn the tail rotor for about +/- 3 degrees.
I need some advice if anyone can help.
Thanks !!!

That is fairly normal. It does have a little play in the gears.

I'm building one at the moment, I also noticed a lot of slop in the TT assembly.
When I spin the head by hand, the tail starts shaking like hell. Don't think thats normal.
Please tell me I'm wrong. I've enough shaking problems with my 600n sport allready.
Thanks,
Chief

How tight are your tail blades? They should be fairly loose (fall down under their own weight but not sloppy in the grips). When the tail is shaking maybe it is just a blade alignment problem, the gears at the front should have no bearing on whats happening at the tail.
