What kind of noise?? was it a clicking? or more of a squeel like a beaing?
FYI, the gears do make a little bit of a clicking noise sometimes.

If the gears all look good, it is normal. Check for flashing on the gear teeth, if you have any carefully cut it off with a razor.

well i checked them and they were silky smooth and i looked at it more and i am really confused because everything looks just right. BUT now that i am thinking about the build i rember that i had too much ca on the torque tube and might of got some in the berring so i am going to take the tail apart and check the berring. im hoping i didnt mess anything up!:arggg:

Glad you got it fixed. Remember a TT tail will be a little bit more noisy than a belt. You do get a bit of noise when spooling down after a flight

Yep,
