Hi, i have the opertunity to buy a used Logo 20, it comes with the frame,, and 2 sets of spare blades one Carbon,2 canopies, spare tail boom, links, bearings, almost enough for 2 full machines. it apparently needs a new main drive gear, cross head shaft, and main shaft.....
the guy who has it says ill need a motor, esc, servo's, and reciever to finish it off, oh and a gyro..... i really dont need another heli, but am looking for something to tinker with.
that said, i have a few questions, one is, how hard is it to get replacement parts for the logo 20? and, seeing how its 8 year old technology, is it still a good flyer by todays standards, and worth playing with?
what would be a good reccomended power system? could it be converted to nitro?
and are any other makers parts interchangeable with the logo 20?
i have 2 heli's already, a 400 class, and a 450 class, and am i to understand that the Logo 20 would be in the 600 class?
all told the guy said i could have everything for 120$ shipped...... so its not a huge amount of money, im just on the fence with this one, and need some advice/answers to help me decide.....:thinking
