Im new to this so bare with me. Just finished building a mini titan, pretty much the stock E325 kit, wooden blades etc and have taken it out for its first flight, at 100% throttle the heli is barely lifting off the ground, maybe an inch or 2, The battery is fully charged according to the charger at 8.4v. Im wondering if my setup is correct, can you guys check it out for me and tell me what the prob might be? im thinking it might be my battery doesnt have the juice needed to run it?

Setup:
Mini Titan

BLC-40 speed controller - settings are set from the manual provided to: Standard Lipo protection, Standard Motor Timing, No Brake, Standard Throttle response, Heli Mode with No Governor.

OBL 29/35 Brushless, Running on the 15t pinion

The battery is an Awesome Power AP2200-2 (15c) 7.4v 2200mAh, terminated with Deans Ultra

Servo's: 4x Hitec HS-65 Karbonites

Gyro: GY191 HH

Curves: (as per manual)
Throttle: 0 45 65 75 100
Pitch: -2 +5 +10

Any help much appreciated
Thanks

problem number one is your battery. you need a 3S 11.1v pack at a minimum. the 2S 7.4v pack you have just won't cut it. the number of cells in a battery determines how fast your motor is going to spin. pick up a 3s pack and use that. also, not sure which motor that is that you're using, but if its the stock motor that came with the kit you will want to use the 13t pinion for a more manageable headspeed.

funny, the manual actually states you can run on 2 cells with the 15t pinion, don't really know of anyone actualy doing it....

maybe try do a 0/40/85/95/100 throttle curve? and dropping the pitch to +9 to try get more head spead, making bladed more effiecient....
