Hi All,

This might be in the wrong place but I am desperate, I have 1 day to make up my mind:confused:
the question being does anyone know briefly if the old type of TX,
Futaba FF7 Super PCM1024 FP-7UAP is going to be any good controlling a CCPM type heli, specifically the Belt CP electric?? Or have I made a mistake buying it? The net just doesn't seem to carry much info regarding this TX as it seems to be very old, I would REALLY appreciate ANY advice at all, if anyone has this knowledge off the top of their head?

thanks so much, I promise to keep to the right threads in future, just terrified I am about to make a huge mistake:shock:
regards

Yes the Super 7 or FF7 has 120 deg CCPM in the Swash mode. It will be Heli 2 in the parameters menu.

I don't wish to pester but can you confirm this tx will handle the Esky Belt CP in particular, besides the CCPM part? AFAIK they are both 35mHz, should it be a case of switch on and start programming or are there extra steps/components needed?

thanks again

I am not sure about a Futaba radio and Esky receiver. If your refering to a receiver that comes with the heli when you buy it. Futaba transmitter will work Futaba receiver.

Thanks again, I have had a word with another forum in the meantime and some guru said it needs the Futaba RX too - I will cancel this deal after all, thanks for saving me extra $$$ which I can't really spare right now

all the best
