rock on bro! nice canopy. i almost ordered one of those, that's the helidirect fg, right? $20 for a scratch/dent isn't bad, but then i realized that i have a stock gaui shell waiting for paint. how's the quality on it?

Thanks.. actually.. The wife paid 39.00 for the scratch and dent..(for a valentine's gift ) lol.. When it arrived, it had a stress crack on the bottom but I decided to keep it.. I really didn't want to go through the hassle of sending it back and waiting for a new one.. I should have, considering the amount of money I spend there..
The quality is pretty decent tho..

Everyone seems to be reporting getting these Helidirect canopys with some sort of damage.
Anyone get one that was in good shape?

I got exactly the same Helidirect canopy and it was in excellent condition when arrive in Greece. I m very happy with it, although I have cracked it on the bottom, after a few flights. So I suggest getting the scratched canopy from Helidirect in the price given.
Regards the pinions it depends on the motor and the gears…. There is a big choice out there, I got my RevCo gears from Ready heli.
