Ok here I go again...
Hi, this is a friend's engine that it has been giving problems for a while.
At the beginning it was the typical os46 tunning problems, but lately it just doesn't want to get airborne.
It' start with no problems but as soon as the head starts to rev up it just quit.
It had an OS#8 plug on it we decided to try a different plug I happened to have an Enya #3 with me, we put it on and taa daa! no more problems, or at least that's what we thought.
One flight later and then same behavior again, just quits when revs up and the heli is about to get off the land.
Any suggestions please????

non showing pics aside, look closely at the vent line, particularly the nipple from the muffler for obstructions or deterioration.
Sounds as if your fuel dellivery is the culprit.

What does the plug look like when you take it out of the engine? Does it have specs of metal around the element? The reason I ask, this problem is similar to what happens when a rear bearing is about to fail.

Well, the guy got new bearing in it now, the rear one was a bit, how can I put it... not good.

David,
When we got the first plug out it did look funny, the element was kind of "fat" like if it had stuff welded to it.
Then we put the Enya #3 and flew for one tank, and died again. That plug looked ok after the flight but...

We'll see if he can get it on the air now.
Thanks everybody for chipping in, if this doesn't solve it I'll ask again.
