Is it ok to charge my transmitter even if its not fully discharged?
What is a stop fly voltage on the TX battery?
What should the volts read if its fully charged?
What should the volts be if its fully discharged?
Can i buy an aftermarket charger that charges faster than the stock AC/DC adaptor charger?
IS it recommended to use any aftermarketchargers? or just stick to stock ones?
thanks

Yes

I have flown the transmitter battery down to 8.8 volts. Since it is 9.6 volt battery in the TX. I would suggest only flying it down to about 9 volts.
What should the volts read if its fully charged?
TX fully charged should read 11 volts or a little more. Sometimes the meter on the radio is off a little. 4.8 volt receiver battery will usually read about 5.5 volts fully charged. Maybe a little higher in some cases.
What should the volts be if its fully discharged?
4.8 volt rx pack is fully discharged at 4.4 volts. That is 1.1 volt per cell.
9.6 transmitter pack is fully discharged at 8.8 volts. That is 1.1 volt per cell.
Can i buy an aftermarket charger that charges faster than the stock AC/DC adaptor charger?
Yes an after market charger will charge the batteries faster than the AC charger that comes with the radio. I would suggest getting one like the Triton from Great Planes. IT is a DC only charger, but it charges several different kinds of batteries.
Fast chargers work great and have the ability to charge a fully discharged battery back fully in about an hour safely.

4.9v (with a load) is the advice I was given before.
